Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you purchased a pair of shoes through our web site and are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on unworn, undamaged merchandise within 90 days of purchase.

Return requests can be submitted through our Returns Center. Return instructions will be emailed once the return request has been submitted. 

For all exchanges, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-925-7463 or through email at customerservice@washingtonshoe.com. Our Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday, 9-4pm Pacific time. Please allow 1-2 business days for an email reply or returned phone call. 

For your convenience, a return shipping label is included with your order and costs $5 if used. For returns, the $5 will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, the Customer Service team at 1-800-925-7463 will process the exchange and collect payment.

All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.  To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip included with your order.  Returns without a packing slip can be delayed or may remain unprocessed.  Washington Shoe is not responsible for lost packages.

Shoes not purchased directly from Washington Shoe must be returned or exchanged through the retailer product was purchased from. The retailer you purchased our products through accepts responsibilities of any warranty for quality, and will process any returns or exchanges per their company policy.

We are unable to ship, return, or exchange boots for customers outside of the U.S.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Washington Shoe provides warranty against defects in craftsmanship for 1-year from the purchase date.  If something happens to the product purchased from Washington Shoe beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us and we will be more than happy to replace your product at no cost to you with proof of purchase. Replacements can not be shipped outside of the United States.
