"These boots are really great with the exception of one problem: there is a round hard piece that sticks right into the bottom of your heels!! I don’t know if this is the design, or if I got a defective pair, but that really takes an almost perfect boot down several notches. Otherwise, the quality is fantastic, the lining is comfy and warm, and these are well-made, and will stand up to my yardwork as intended. Unfortunately, even with thick socks, the hard piece digging into the bottom of my heels is a true pain."
